I didn’t get any status update of my order until I asked one month after I placed it. Then you shared the reason why it was taking time. It always good to provide regular update, especially if it’s taking time to get the parts.

I put an order in, I'm guessing they sent it to KTM, for 4 tiny bits of rubber, it was so over priced, but as they say, you need it, we got it. And the delivery time was slow.

I ended up having to order quite a few parts through these guys and the whole experience was spot on. I found the web site really easy to use, when I had to contact them for information no matter who I spoke to, the matter was resolved quick and simple. I would totally recommend these guys, well worth the 5 stars.

I was disappointed that I had to wait two weeks for them to get the parts that I ordered before they could send to me. When doing the order online it never said that they didn’t have the items in stock or I would have probably gone elsewhere for certain things. However overall I’d say good for the fact once they did have all the items they was sent quickly and you could always speak to customer services.

I have got a 790 advanture,and have good experience with the way you send the parts ,I still don't have the parts but I know where they are and I know they will be delivered,so yes thank you

Great service, fast, kept me informed of progress, no damage.

The part arrived safely but the time taken to recieve the part after it said the item was in stock left alot to be desired. A better layout that makes people aware that it could take 3-4 weeks even if it says its in stock and will be shipped in 2-5 days. The customer service was pretty quick to respond but in my case this time frame caused alot of problems for me personally. If youre not in any kind of hurry then great shop but if youre on a time scale try your dealer

Overall, I was very pleased to get a KTM item that was only available outside of the USA.

ordered parts for a KTM RC8C, including fairings, and some misc parts including footpegs, brake lever guard, etc. Prices were very reasonable, as was shipping, which was 2 day international. Parts came well packaged, and everything was correct. Excellent experience, would absolutely order from them again.
