I didn’t get any status update of my order until I asked one month after I placed it. Then you shared the reason why it was taking time. It always good to provide regular update, especially if it’s taking time to get the parts.

I put an order in, I'm guessing they sent it to KTM, for 4 tiny bits of rubber, it was so over priced, but as they say, you need it, we got it. And the delivery time was slow.

I ended up having to order quite a few parts through these guys and the whole experience was spot on. I found the web site really easy to use, when I had to contact them for information no matter who I spoke to, the matter was resolved quick and simple.
